Deposit Required
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total stay amount is required as a confirmation deposit.
Booking Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the confirmation deposit (1/3 of the total amount) is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 24 hours before check-in, no-show, or early departure
A penalty of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Invalid or declined credit card
If the credit card provided is invalid or declined, the reservation will be cancelled if an alternative valid credit card is not provided within 12 hours of our notification.
Check-in
From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out
By 10:00 AM.
Tourist Tax
The room rate does not include the tourist tax, which is €1.75 per person per day, applied during the period established by the Municipality of San Vincenzo.
The following guests are exempt:
Children up to 12 years old
Guests staying for work purposes
Guests with disabilities and one accompanying person
Parking
Public parking is free of charge and without time restrictions in the streets adjacent to the hotel.
The hotel also offers:
Private underground parking, available on request and subject to availability at check-in: €10 per day (€15 during high season). This parking area is mainly intended for guests who do not plan to use their car daily, as it is used as longer-term storage.
Outdoor parking located 350 meters from the hotel, ideal for guests who need to use their car daily: €10 per day (€15 during high season).
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
